Short version: the digest is free to read here or in the app, the summaries are written with automated assistance and can be wrong, and the linked original is always the authority. Check anything before you act on it. If we summarised something you published and you want it taken down, section 5 is the fast route.

These terms cover your use of the Agentic Coding Digest iOS app and this website, both operated by Kwandro – Remington Vörtmann ("we", "us"). Using either means you accept them. Reading an edition on this website counts as using the website: you need no account to do it, and you accept these terms by reading rather than by agreeing to anything.
The app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies by default to apps distributed through the App Store. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict on a point Apple's EULA governs, Apple's EULA prevails. That applies to the app only; if you are reading on the web, it does not concern you.
Agentic Coding Digest publishes a daily digest of announcements about AI coding tools, drawn from the curated source list, plus occasional alerts when something significant is announced between editions. It is free, requires no account, and carries no advertising.
Every edition is published in three places at once, and they carry the same writing:
We may stop publishing any of the three. Section 6 is the general position on that, and it applies to this website as much as to the app.
Summaries in the digest are produced with automated assistance from large language models. They can misstate, omit, or overstate what a source actually said. The linked original is always the authoritative version. Do not make an engineering, purchasing, security, or business decision on the strength of a summary alone — open the source and confirm it.
We aim for accuracy and we correct errors promptly when they are pointed out, but we do not warrant that any item is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose. Coverage is best-effort: the digest may miss an announcement, publish late, or not publish on a given day.

The digest summarises and links to material published by other people. That material belongs to whoever published it, and their names and logos are their trademarks. We claim no ownership of it and no endorsement by them. Agentic Coding Digest is an independent product and is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, GitHub, Y Combinator, or any other organisation whose announcements it covers.
Our own summaries, the app, and this website are ours. You are welcome to read, save, and share digest items — quoting a summary with a link back is fine. Republishing the digest wholesale, or scraping it to rebuild it somewhere else as your own, is not. Section 7 sets out where that line actually falls now that the whole archive is public.
Following a link takes you to someone else's site, governed by their terms and their privacy policy, not ours.
Email kontakt@kwandro.de with the edition date and the headline, and we will remove the summary. We will not ask you to justify the request, and you do not need a lawyer to make it. One person reads that address.
This mattered less when the digest reached an app audience. Every edition is now a public web page that search engines and assistants can read, so a publisher who would rather not appear here should have a route that is one email long, and it should be findable from the page itself rather than buried. It is linked in the footer of every edition we publish.
What we believe we are doing is ordinary: reading public announcements, saying briefly what they said, and linking to the original so the reader goes to you. Every item names its source and links to it, and the digest exists to send people to the announcement rather than to keep them from it. But we would rather remove something than argue about it, so the paragraph above is not conditional on us agreeing with you.
If your objection is that a summary is wrong rather than that it exists, section 3 is the faster route: we would rather correct it than delete it, and a correction reaches the app, this website and the feed at the same time.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may change it, interrupt it, or discontinue it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that a notification will arrive, arrive on time, or arrive at all — push delivery depends on Apple's service, your network, and your device's settings.
The same applies to this website. Editions here are rendered on request by our backend, so an outage of that backend takes the editions with it, and an address that works today may answer with an error page tomorrow. Nothing here is archival: if an edition matters to you, keep your own copy rather than relying on ours to still be there. We do intend to keep every published edition at its own address indefinitely, but that is an intention and not a promise.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it. There is no user-submitted content in the app or on this website, so there is nothing to moderate, and nowhere for you to publish.
Crawling is allowed, deliberately. Our robots.txt permits every crawler, search engines and AI crawlers alike, and that file is the authoritative statement of what is permitted here. Nothing in these terms should be read as withdrawing that permission: if the two ever disagree, robots.txt is what we meant. We publish a sitemap and a full-content feed for the same reason.
This is a decision rather than an oversight, and it is the same standard we hold ourselves to. A publication whose own method is an automated read of other people's announcements is in a poor position to forbid the same behaviour of others, and an assistant's answer is increasingly where our reader asks what shipped. We would rather be in that answer, with our source named, than absent from it.
The limit is on republication as a substitute, not on reading. Concretely: quoting a summary with a link back, citing an edition, indexing us, or answering a question using what you read here are all fine. Rebuilding the archive somewhere else so that a reader never needs to come here, or passing our summaries off as your own writing, is not.
There is no rate limit and no API key, so the practical ask is only that an automated reader be reasonable: the feed and the sitemap exist so you do not have to crawl the archive page by page, and using them is both lighter on us and faster for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any loss resulting from reliance on a summary. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence, and nothing here overrides them.
What we collect, and how to stop it, is set out in full in the privacy policy. Reading an edition on this website sets no cookie and runs no script: we count the page on our server, with nothing that identifies you, which is why there is no consent banner in your way. Section 5 of that policy is the detail.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
